Kanye West is finally out of ideas

"That's in really bad taste". Aside from a few forced-timely references to Stormy Daniels (on "All Mine") and the "Me Too" movement (on the aptly named "Yikes"), there's scarcely any acknowledgment of a world outside of Kanye's head-which would be a kind of relief had the last month and a half not amply demonstrated that Kanye's head is a sad, exhausting place to be.

Kanye West addresses the fallout over his slavery comments on his new track "Wouldn't Leave".

Kanye West is gearing up for the release of his latest album, YE.

"I Thought About Killing You"Today I seriously thought about killing you / I contemplated, premeditated murder / And I think about killing myself, and I love myself way more than I love you, so".

"Had to calm her down 'cause she couldn't breathe / Told her she could leave me now / But she wouldn't leave".

Pusha-T posted the image on Instagram - caption: "I finally got my album art" - and many people protested.

The 33-year-old reality star and new mom took to Twitter earlier this week to clap back at a commenter who accused Khloe of being "passive" when it came to her relationship with the father of her child, Tristan Thompson, who allegedly cheated on her.

Although Kim Kardashian wouldn't leave the Chicago producer, it's apparent that many have and probably won't return.

"I said, 'Slavery a choice.' They say, 'How, Ye?'/ Just imagine if they caught me on a wild day".

Who knew Ye had a sense of humor?! His 2010 album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is a classic in large part because of the layered and dense production. Consumers are better equipped than ever to sort through the slog and find artists they can get behind, and while the sentimental memory of hearing College Dropout for the first time can't be entirely washed away by West's new, faux-subversive antics, it's time to accept that Uncle Kanye has, for the moment, stopped growing.

His joint project with Kid Cudi, titled "Kids See Ghosts", will drop their debut album 8th June.

Part of me respects West for doubling down on his own beliefs, but that only goes so far when those beliefs resemble what happens in every action film when a gunfight breaks out at a gas station. But considering the double-whammy of trifling lyrics and bad production, ye is a hard pass.

Here's hoping he doesn't f- up Nas' joint.
