On April 8, 2018, the 34th edition of WWE Wrestlemania.

One of WWE's biggest shows ever had a little bit of everything. It will be interesting to see how she develops and handles singles matches, but she has potential.

After the match, Asuka congratulated Charlotte and the two competitors shared an emotional embrace in the ring. Well, we were all wrong.

In the middle of the show, Undertaker squashed John Cena.

In their last match before coming to WWE, AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura faced each other for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship at the Tokyo Dome. Now, did this make sense in storyline?

While Charlotte Flair celebrates, a referee runs to John Cena, who is sitting in the crowd.

At the kickoff show, Matt Hardy got a huge assist from former nemesis Bray Wyatt to win the annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

The shocking, and sometimes head-scratching, decisions wouldn't stop there however, especially in the final three matches of the night.

WWE champion AJ Styles put his title on the line against the 2018 men's Royal Rumble victor Shinsuke Nakamura in one of the night's other top matches.

During the match Rousey looked strong, showing off a diverse mix of moves. His dream of winning the WWE title will have to wait.

The celebration turned sour, however, when Nakamura suddenly hit a low-blow on Styles. They're such great representatives of the sport. It saw some memorable spots, an alliance of NXT stars, and a memorable finish with Bayley throwing out Sasha Banks and appearing to get the win, only for Naomi to rush in and eliminate Bayley to win the whole thing.

The Bar have held the titles four times, but they lose to Braun Strowman and a kid. These are the important questions we need to ask here... And it's at least 60 per cent because the main event fucking sucked. For one, the crowd was incredibly disinterested. Both Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are good wrestlers and deserve better than what the crowd gave them. It took six F5s to end the match.

And then, after all the heroics of Reigns fighting through the pain and blood, he lost! Charlotte retained the belt - shocker. Undertaker made quick work of the 16-time World Champion for his 24th WrestleMania victory.

In her 2015 autobiography My Fight/Your Fight, Ronda revealed that while she and her sisters watched Nickelodeon inside, he asphyxiated himself in the garage.
