Monster Hunter: World is getting its first seasonal event called the "Astera Festival" (Spring Blossom Fest) that will arrive on April 6 along with a quest to get a community created weapon. Check out how it looks in-game, as well as concept renders. Note that these are not everything, and Capcom has said that more details will be shared once the pach is live. All of the weapons in the game will be getting balance tweaks on March 22nd, like increased damage for the Great Sword's Charged Slash. In the meantime, please know that our team in Japan is hard at work monitoring player behavior and feedback, and we hope these changes will make for a better and smoother hunting experience.
Finally, following player feedback concerning character creation, Capcom will be providing one free Character Edit voucher. Future vouchers will have to be purchased.
Hunter cosmetic appearance (hairstyle, facepaint, etc.).
And speaking of parts, players will now be able to carve up their kills free of interference from griefers, being unaffected by attacks or bombs after you kill the object of the hunt.
The new "Devil May Cry" DLC will feature the player's avatar wearing Dante's outfit from the first title complete with his twin pistols, Ebony and Ivory, the Force Edge, and the Alastor.
Added the "Text Size" setting for changing subtitle text size, under Start Menu Options Game Settings. Details are a bit sparse, but it essentially boils down to the idea that Capcom will soon begin selling a special item that, when activated, will allow a player go through the character creation process a second time, even allowing them to change their gender if they wanted to.
The DLC is named after its titular character, which is actually a huge wyvern-like monster in-game that is apparently causing a lot of problems for the world of "Monster Hunter World".
