Ronda Rousey Books Next WWE Appearance at 'Elimination Chamber' in Las Vegas

WWE contract signings are rarely straightforward, so Elimination Chamber will likely be an opportunity to set Rousey up for her storyline leading up to WrestleMania 34 on April 8.

Following her debut WWE appearance at the Royal Rumble last month, Ronda Rousey will sign her WWE contract at the Elimination Chamber event on 25th February. The sixth would be determined by a fatal four way match between Apollo Crews, Finn Balor, Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy, but Seth Rollins was added earlier in the night to make it a fatal five way. This came after a controversial finish to the final qualifying match this Monday night, that saw both Finn Balor and Seth Rollins pin Bray Wyatt to win. Chamber will be used twice during the pay-per-view when the women make history too by competing in the first-ever Women's Elimination Chamber Match already confirmed, now the men will make a little bit of history, too. As Elias crawled away from the ring, Strowman picked up the bass and smashed it over him. Both men kicked out of the other's finisher until Cena hit the AA off the top rope to pick up the victory. Once again, Elias works the crowd like a pro here and he is quickly becoming one of the most over superstars in the WWE.

Back to the action after that, as it appears that the arrival of Asuka has stoked a fire within Bayley and Sasha Banks.

The Miz did a great job, per usual, elevating the Intercontinental Championship by way of saying it belongs in the main event of 'Mania.

Unfortunately for her she was finished in just 48 seconds via knockout.

Even if it's not Asuka, we should expect the seeds to be planted for her first feud, and subsequently, first match. Will James agree and potentially increase her own chances?

Roman Reigns def. Sheamus (with Cesaro) by pin following a mid-air Spear.

Up next is Absolution Vs Mickie James and Alexa Bliss.
