Blizzard announced Battle for Azeroth - the next expansion for the popular MMO World of Warcraft - will launch this summer and is available to pre-purchase right now. You can boost instantly, or take advantage of the already-implemented new leveling experience that scales leveling across zones so you don't miss out on questlines by out leveling them awkwardly toward the end. Once unlocked, the Allied Races will be available account-wide, but they have to be rolled on a server with an existing Level 110 character. There will also be new game modes which involve exploring uncharted isles of Azeroth to collect resources against enemy players, and a 20-player, RTS-Warcraft-inspired cooperative mode that will have players battle for strategic locations against enemy forces.
Digital Deluxe owners will get a host of goods for other Blizzard games as well. If you're good to go with those requirements, you can begin a quest to unlock the Allied Race.
Both the Standard and Digital Deluxe editions of Battle for Azeroth are available to pre-purchase for $49.99 and $69.99 respectively.
Pre-purchasing the expansion - buying it outright ahead of time - comes with benefits. These include the Seabraid Stallion (Alliance) and Gilded Ravasaur (Horde) mounts, along with Tottle, a baby Tortollan pet.
Hearthstone: You'll get a dual-toned Azeroth is Burning card back.
As you can tell from the epic cinematic trailer, Battle for Azeroth will focus on the ongoing conflict between the Alliance and Horde.
-Overwatch®: "Champion your faction on the battlefields of tomorrow with Horde and Alliance voice lines for Torbjörn and emotes for Tracer; sprays featuring Anduin, Sylvanas, Jaina, and Varok Saurfang; and player icons representing Kul Tiras and Zandalar".
